Jörg Körfer has been leading the LR group as CEO since July 2025. He steers the company’s strategic growth and oversees core departments, including global sales and partner relations, commercial operations, international human resources, marketing and communications, and research and development (R&D).
Martin Lipp — Chief Financial Officer Since joining the executive committee in September 2026, Martin Lipp has overseen the overall financial management of the LR group. He is responsible for the strategic divisions of Management Control and Global Finance, as well as the Legal, IT, and Operations departments.
