Jörg Körfer

Jörg Körfer has headed the strategic development of the LR group as CEO since July 2025, previously managing the group’s operations alone.
From the start of September, he has shared the company’s leadership with Martin Lipp, overseeing the International Sales and Partner Relations, Commercial Operations, International Human Resources, Marketing and Communication, and Research and Development divisions.
He also serves as the spokesperson for the executive board.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Martin Lipp

Martin Lipp has served on the LR group’s executive committee as Chief Financial Officer since September 2026. He leads the Management Control and Global Finance, Legal Affairs, IT, and Operations divisions. This finance executive, who possesses extensive international expertise, brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across various industries, having previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer for both the Correias Mercúrio group and the Schletter Solar group.
