Our product development process
Our development methodology combines scientific innovation with meticulously selected, high-quality ingredients. By working closely with certified suppliers and experts, we ensure that every product solution meets the highest standards.
Every product begins as an idea, designed to meet either a current or future need of our users.
To turn this concept into reality, we conduct extensive research and analyse existing data. Before development begins, we verify the effectiveness of the raw materials and the processing technologies employed.
Once the results are validated, they form the basis of a comprehensive product specification, allowing production to commence.
Initially, our raw materials undergo individual testing to determine their optimal concentration and qualitative and sensory profiles, establishing the foundation for a stable recipe.
After the raw materials are approved, they are incorporated into an initial formulation which is refined through multiple tests. The formulation is finalised once the desired sensory properties, appearance, and efficacy are achieved.
The final formulation undergoes rigorous testing procedures, including stability, resistance, and preservation tests. Depending on the product type, further specialised testing is conducted by independent institutes such as Derma Consult or Dermatest.
The next phase involves transitioning the formula from the laboratory scale (100 – 15000 g) to full-scale production (2000 – 10000 kg).
Now produced on a large scale, the formula undergoes rigorous stability and resistance testing to ensure it remains safe and hygienic during both storage and use.
Once all tests are successfully completed, the formulation is approved and packaged in suitable containers. The product development process typically spans several months, ensuring that every solution meets our exacting quality standards.
Our ingredients
Our solutions feature carefully chosen ingredients based on the latest research and developed alongside our partners. Our IASC-certified aloe vera is grown without the use of pesticides or fertilisers, ensuring superior quality. We use a gentle extraction method for the aloe vera leaf gel to preserve all its beneficial properties.
In the beauty and skincare sector, we deliberately exclude microplastics, parabens, and mineral oils to create highly effective solutions that promote individual well-being. We prioritise transparency, and our products are clearly labelled by composition: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, non-GMO, pesticide-free, fumigant-free, nanoparticle-free, and BSE-free.
