Our quality assurance team translates standards such as FSSC 22000 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for cosmetics into specific company guidelines. By identifying potential error sources early through risk analysis, we safeguard product quality. While precise test plans define the scope of testing, quality control provides the essential data for evaluation. Quality assurance ensures every product meets the highest standards and adheres to all legal requirements.
Our quality control team meticulously verifies that every component of our product solutions—including raw materials, packaging, seals, and labels—meets our rigorous standards, following detailed test plans. We conduct sensory, physico-chemical, and microbiological tests in our laboratory. Every result is digitally recorded to ensure continuous quality monitoring. Raw materials are only processed, and finished products only released, once they have successfully passed all tests.
We are legally required to provide all essential information on our product labels.
This includes the product name, ingredients, allergens, application instructions, warnings, nutritional information, expiry date, and batch number.
This ensures that our customers and partners can make informed decisions when selecting a product.
