To bring this vision to life, our organisation has implemented a comprehensive Compliance Management System (CMS). This framework encompasses the guidelines, processes, and control measures needed to ensure our activities remain constantly aligned with legal requirements. By identifying potential vulnerabilities in advance, this system allows us to act swiftly to protect the company against any non-compliance.
The performance of our internal organisation is officially validated and certified by the independent auditing firm TÜV Rheinland.
This certification confirms our rigorous application of legal, environmental, and operational regulations on an international scale.
Ethical compliance is overseen by a dedicated committee comprising the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), territorial referents (RCD), and various department heads. Reporting directly to the LR Health & Beauty Board of Directors, the CCO works in close partnership with specialised professional networks. Meanwhile, regional referents ensure that our guidelines are consistently applied across all international subsidiaries.
This body conducts periodic reviews of the compliance programme to detect, mitigate, and correct any potential vulnerabilities, while ensuring that staff receive ongoing awareness training.
Progress reviews are scheduled regularly with the executive management, and a comprehensive risk map is submitted annually to the Supervisory Board.
Our organisation provides a secure whistleblowing platform which allows everyone to notify management — either confidentially or anonymously — of any breach or violation of current regulations.
This proactive strategy helps identify potential issues early on, protecting the integrity of the company, our employees, partners, and consumers.
Any breach of legal requirements or our Code of Conduct undergoes a thorough investigation, resulting in sanctions that are proportionate to the severity and frequency of the incident.
We ensure the highest standards of accuracy for all information regarding our cosmetics and nutritional supplements, strictly adhering to European legislation (including regulations on health claims, beauty products, and consumer information).
We require our entire distribution network to use only the official communication materials validated by LR.
